About this herb
This blend pairs two long-used herbs. Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) seed has been a staple of European herbal medicine for liver support for centuries. Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) — the tall plant with soft, velvety leaves — is the classic respiratory herb of European and Native American tradition, its leaf and flower used for coughs, colds, and sore throats; Europe’s medicines agency lists mullein flower as a traditional remedy for sore throat associated with a dry cough and cold.
Suggested use
Shake well. Adults: take 1–2 droppersful (about 1–2 mL) in a little water or under the tongue, up to 3 times a day. Start at the lower amount and see how you do.
